RECRUITS LEVEL - I
The RECRUITS programs are designed for students who have little to no formal acting training, and for students who are new to The Actors Room. Students are guided through an introduction to the craft of acting, as well as an overview of working on camera. We will focus on the importance of improvisational skills with drama games, while integrating scene study into the work. This class is designed to help students focus, connect, and build their personal confidence, all the while learning to understand what the craft of acting is all about. It is a fun & safe environment to begin their journey into the world of acting.
How will payments be made?
After your initial deposit of $50 is received, payments on the full term will be billed in five bi-monthly instalments beginning in September.
If you have selected Save my card for future payments, payments will be automatically debited and you will receive an automatic receipt for each payment.
Can I pay by cheque?
Great news! Your registration deposit and your five automatic instalments can be done with debit in the same way as credit.
You can also pay your five bi-monthly instalments via online banking (EFT). To do this, take the following steps:
- Do not select Save my card for future payments when you register with your deposit.
- Instead of being automatically charged for instalments, you will receive invoices by email.
- On these invoices, click 'Pay this invoice only.'
- You will see an option to pay the invoice via EFT.
- You can opt in to automatic billing via debit or credit card at any time.
What about paper cheques?
If the credit, debit, or EFT options are not preferable to you, you may pay your class fees in two equal instalments of 50% of the class fees by cheque.
Do not select Save my card for future payments when you register with your deposit and contact us to let us know. Currently, there is no option to pay your deposit by cheque.
